Financial Information

Payment is expected at the time service is provided.  We do, however, offer payment options.  Please feel free to discuss these options with the Insurance Verifier when she calls you prior to your scheduled procedure to go over your financial responsibility.  You may also discuss payment options with the receptionist when you check in on the day of service.
